2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by tour package. Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 15-29 days may incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. No-shows are not refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

3. Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of the traveler to possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required documents for the destination. Kanushi Holidays is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.) without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for missed services.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Kanushi Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour.

6. Behavior and Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards local customs, laws, and fellow travelers. Kanushi Holidays reserves the right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior disrupts the group or endangers others, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kanushi Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We are not liable for any delay, accident, injury, or irregularity caused by these third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City].
